Young Guru is best known for mixing 10 of Jay-Z’s albums and for being Jay-Z’s tour D.J., but he’s also part of a team using a grant from the National Science Foundation to develop so-called 3-D sound, which allows the brain to interpret the depth and direction of sound like it occurs in real space. We’ll find out more about this soon.
